The management of the theatre in Hoofddorp and the local council presented Boels with the kind of challenge we relish. The existing theatre had to move to a temporary location for two years during the construction of De Meerse cultural centre; an innovative building in which the same atmosphere as the old theatre had to be created.
In close consultation with the theatre management and Hoofddorp local council, Boels Portable Kitchens provided all the kitchen facilities:
- hot kitchen, 6 metres;
- dishwasher unit, 6 metres;
- cold store, 3 metres.
Because of the thorough preparations made with the theatre management and the local council, and the clearly defined agreements, Boels Portable Kitchens came up with a customised solution once again. Hoofddorp has a temporary theatre of which it can be proud and Boels Portable Kitchens successfully completed a prestigious showcase project.
